Frequently asked questions
Can I combine this module with other modules?
Yes. All modules in the same line (Blackback, Silverback, Empire, Jungle) share the same height (90 cm) and depth (58 cm) and are designed to sit flush next to one another. You can mix and match freely and add new elements later.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit card and bank transfer. Instalment options are arranged individually depending on the delivery market.
What warranty do I get?
Every module comes with a 2-year warranty against material and workmanship defects. Wear parts (burners, gaskets, grates) carry a 1-year warranty. With proper use and maintenance, expect 10+ years of reliable operation.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to your address within 3-6 weeks of ordering - shipment is by freight forwarder. We'll notify you when the module arrives; unloading is arranged directly with the carrier. Placement and hookup to gas/water/electricity is handled by you or your own contractor - Pergonela does not provide installation services.
What connections do I need?
You'll need: a gas bottle (10 or 11 kg) or a natural gas hookup for grills, pizza ovens and plancha modules; a cold-water 1/2" connection and drain for CLEAN and COOL-CLEAN; a 230 V outlet for fridges.
Is the module suitable for year-round outdoor use?
Yes. Bodies are made of S304 stainless steel or powder-coated steel with IP44/IP65 protection. We recommend covering with a protective cover during winter; water lines in sinks and fridges can be emptied easily.
What's included in the price?
The price covers the module itself (housing, lower cabinets, functional elements - burners, sink, fridge compressor, etc.) and all hardware needed for assembly. Delivery is billed separately. Placement and hookup are the buyer's responsibility - Pergonela does not offer installation.
