Do the louvres really move independently?

Yes. The middle louvre is fixed and serves as the axis, while you move the upper and the lower set separately, even in opposite directions.

How many panels can I fit in one bay?

Up to three tracks with panels can be fitted across the span between two posts. One panel screens part of the bay. How many panels you need to close a whole side depends on the bay width.

Does the side panel stop the wind?

Closed louvres shield the side of the terrace from gusts of wind and from view.

Can I add it later?

Yes. The side panel is fitted to an Ancora pergola that is already up, with no work on the roof.

How is it maintained?

Clean the track and the guides now and then. Aluminium and stainless steel do not rust, and the paint is powder-coated, so it needs no further coats.

Can I get the side panel in the colour of my pergola?

You get the structure of the side panel in anthracite RAL 7016 or white RAL 9010, so in the same colour as your pergola. The louvres always come in a wood effect and give the terrace a warmer look.
